"Stayed there from July 25th- July 28th. Was in a perfect tent site quiet and able to see the moon at night. Fire wood was delivered, staff put in a bunch in back of an ATV and went around to sites.. ALL staff campground and restaurant were AMAZING. We did a girls weekend and definitely will be back. We came here over a year ago and loved it than as well."

"Huge campground that still feels secluded. Management was very flexible and accommodating with our needs. The shower house was very nice and clean. The shower costs 50 cents for 4 minutes however, but the showers were spacious with hot water. The bar and restaurant was awesome - great food and staff! There were very nice volleyball courts, softball fields, and ample porta potties scattered throughtout the campground. My only complaint was how muddy our site was with the rain we got (not very grassy where we were), but that was a very minor issue and understandably unavoidable. I mean, it is camping, right? I would highly recommend and we will be back!"

"This is such a nice campground! The bathrooms and showers are super clean and very spacious. The spot that we stayed at with our RV was super roomy. There was plenty of space for us to play games such as corn hole. It did get busy with other RV campers but we never felt crammed or stacked on top of one another. They did a great job with spacing. They have a few sand volleyball courts, corn hole, horse shoes I believe a rink for winter, a basketball court, and I believe two or three baseball fields with concessions. The restaurant and bar is very large and the patio is huge! Definitely stop in and grab a bite to eat and a few drinks. I recommend sitting on the patio. They also sell super cute apparel. There is a banquet facility next to the restaurant that you can rent out for large gatherings and an overflow parking lot. The campground is about 15-20 minutes outside of Duluth so you’re not camping near all of the hustle and bustle and its just a short drive to all of the attractions in Duluth. The staff was extremely accommodating and the price was very fair! The only downside is it seems there aren’t very many full hookup spots. We did have water and electric but no sewer. They do have a dump station by the restaurant but it was a hassle packing up the camper, driving up the to dump, driving back down, and setting back up. However, like I said above they have showers and bathrooms by the restaurant so that helped not fill our tanks so quickly. They also have VERY clean porta potties all over so you don’t have to drive up to the bathrooms if you’re tent camping or not wanting to fill your tank. There are fire pits at each sight and they deliver wood to you. There are some walking trails and a pond that you can explore.
With all of that being said this was a very very nice campground and we will definitely be staying here again!"
