"Darryl helped us out quite a bit on extending our stay after we totaled our toad. We were here a month and enjoyed the BH restaurant and bar and the state bike trail runs 7 miles to Carlton thru the state park or 10 miles into Duluth."

"Gave us a huge tenting sight at the end of the park. Beautiful sites and very quiet in the area we were at. Fire wood was $8 a bundle and they hosted live music and a classic car show! Highly recommend visiting!"

"This place is awesome! The staff was very friendly and very helpful! The other campers were all very nice and friendly! It was a very dog friendly campsite too! I will definitely be going back next year!!"
