"Buffalo House is a restaurant, bar, and recreational facility located right on the Buffalo campground. We enjoyed a wonderful multi-course dinner that was clearly homemade and cared for. Even the green beans were 100% fresh. Service was attentive and down to earth. Our server, Mallory, made some fantastic recommendations on beverages as well! Price points are very fair for the quality of product. While the bar can get crowded and loud on weekends, there is an adjacent dining room which offers a quieter family-friendly and cozy experience which makes this a place that's great for all people/groups! Dinner was so good we returned the following day for breakfast which was equally impressive, hospitable, and fun. Will visit again!!!"

"The campground, being so close to the city, you might think it’d be noisy—but it wasn’t. I loved the trains going by—it reminded me of childhood. We enjoyed beers & a meal at the Buffalo House. Our server, Annie was delightful and personable."

"Great campsite with a fun bar and restaurant. Owner and staff were incredibly kind and offered us great recommendations for spots to check out in the area! Definitely suggest if looking for a campsite near the North Shore and Duluth"
